Loblaw Companies Limited seeks an Analyst for Tenant Management at their Brampton office. This role focuses on third-party tenant partnerships, project execution, and data management in a dynamic environment.
In this Analyst position, you will manage relationships with third-party tenants for Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart stores. Key responsibilities include leasing, overseeing property management, and supporting project execution during store openings. You will also abstract lease agreements and maintain the Tango lease administration system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support third-party tenant relationships
• Abstract and maintain lease agreements in Tango system
• Coordinate tenant payments with Financial group
• Prepare Year End reports and collect outstanding AR
• Assist with store construction and renovation projects
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or related experience
• Strong multitasking and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to travel as required
