Key Responsibilities- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing outstanding sales service, assessing customer needs, and offering product information.
- Welcome customers, address inquiries, and actively engage to build relationships.
- Drive and consistently achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain the store in an in‑stock and presentable condition, ensuring merchandising standards are upheld.
- Foster business growth by establishing relationships with schools, salon suites, booth/chair renters, and other partners.
- Stay well‑informed about inventory products, discuss available options, and mentor the store team to keep product knowledge current.
- Process point‑of‑sale (POS) purchases and provide POS training to the team.
- Cross‑sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Handle merchandise returns and perform stock adjustments and breakdowns as required.
- Develop and nurture reliable business relationships with vendors to strengthen product offerings.
- Lead the store team, emphasizing customer service excellence and compliance with inventory control procedures.
- Manage the inventory ordering process to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Host in‑store events and training sessions in collaboration with vendors to educate customers and the store team, enhancing brand awareness and driving sales.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Minimum two years of customer service and retail sales experience, plus at least one year in sales, operations, financial management, or performance oversight.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, efficiently prioritizing tasks.
- Excellent multitasking abilities in a dynamic, high‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, inspiring and guiding a cohesive team.
- Self‑driven and proactive, eager to engage in continuous learning for the benefit of the team and customers.
- Adaptive, with a broad product knowledge base.
- Customer‑centric focus with an unwavering commitment to service excellence.
- A cosmetology license is advantageous but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements
The position involves some physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items (e.g., shipment or record boxes). The role may include exposure to irritant chemicals and working around moving parts, carts, or machines.
