About the role
Our Assistant Managers fully support their Store Managers with the managing of the store. You will be responsible for;
Leading, motivating and developing your team to ensure consistent performanceDriving Customer Service through team engagement and excellent product knowledgeMaximizing your store’s sales potential and profitability, driving the KPIsDelivering company standards to the highest levelVisual merchandising and product launchesBeing a Brand Ambassador!About you

Retail management experience from a fast-paced backgroundExcellent people skills with a proven track record of leading, developing and motivating a teamStrong organizational skills; time management is a mustA passion for selling and customer engagementA record of commercial success and awarenessRecognition of the importance of strong visual merchandisingAwareness of the local, and competitor marketClothing experience - desirable but not essentialPassion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitudeWho are we?
