• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, manage merchandising and inventory in accordance with company policies.

• Minimum age 18.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Ability to work up to 38 hours per week.
• English language proficiency.
