Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time customer interaction coaching to associates

• Manage inventory replenishment in line with brand standards

• Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights

• Lead the execution of shipments and visual marketing strategies

• Uphold all company policies and assist with loss prevention training

Requirements:

• Requires minimum 2 years of retail experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Strong skills in communication and time management

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds regularly
