Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily administrative operations of the store
• Process payroll through the Persona Time and Attendance system
• Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks
• Prepare and follow up on WSIB and Disability claims
• Maintain employee records in Workday and assist in recruitment
Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience in grocery retail is preferred
• Strong focus on customer service excellence
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work various hours including weekends
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
