As a part-time Retail Floor Team Member at Talize, you are key in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries
• Handle register transactions with accuracy
• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the store
• Support merchandising and sales events effectively
• Ensure safety compliance and report hazards promptly
Requirements:
• Strong customer service focus and positive attitude
• Reliable and accountable in all shifts
• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely
• Experience in retail or thrift preferred
• Flexibility to work various schedules including weekends
