Join Clarins as a Beauty Coach in the Brampton, Oakville, and Mississauga areas. Provide exceptional customer service and personalized consultations while meeting sales objectives in this rewarding 12 hour/week role.

This position allows you to showcase your passion for beauty while engaging customers with Clarins' innovative products. You will be responsible for meeting daily sales goals and performing makeup applications to enhance customer confidence. Establish and maintain relationships with store partners to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend Clarins products to meet customer needs

• Conduct skincare and makeup applications

• Create traffic and excitement during events

• Report sales metrics and successes regularly

• Assist in product launches and training

Requirements:

• Experience in beauty or retail environments

• Engaging and proactive personality

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Must have reliable transportation and a driver’s license

• Strong time management and punctuality
