As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their tool rental needs while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize the GET model for outstanding customer interactions
• Direct customers to the appropriate merchandise in various departments
• Determine customer needs through open-ended inquiries
• Suggest additional services like Special Services and Tool Rentals
• Maintain product signage and cleanliness in the department
Requirements:
• Minimum High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in retail or trade preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
• Adept at learning product knowledge
• Capable of performing physical tasks as necessary
