Value Buds seeks a motivated Store Supervisor to enhance daily operations. You will coach team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and act as a key point of contact in management’s absence. This role requires strong communication skills and an eagerness to ensure a compliant and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver knowledgeable customer service and product education
• Guide team members during shifts with support
• Act as the management contact when needed
• Assist with product merchandising and launches
• Maintain compliance with cannabis regulations and cleanliness
Requirements:
• 2+ years in retail or customer service roles
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
• Cannabis sales certification required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand long periods
