Role Summary
As Beauty Services Manager at Sephora, you will lead the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio at the store, driving strategy and execution of paid client services, managing in‑store classes, coaching the team, and reporting to the Store Director.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the Beauty Studio, ensuring staff training and service delivery.
Incorporate technology innovations within services and assist clients to enhance the in‑store experience.
Administer the Online Reservation system, schedule advisors and classes, and maintain efficient client check‑in processes while managing testers and supplies.
Plan and execute in‑store events with the services team, ensuring proper staffing and maximizing learning and sales opportunities.
Oversee development and certification of Beauty Advisors, providing opportunities to elevate their artistry skills.
Participate in performance management for the studio and direct reports, delivering timely feedback and follow‑up.
Serve as Manager on Duty regularly, engaging with advisors and clients on stage.
Qualifications
2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service (or equivalent internal experience).
Proven track record of coaching a team to company expectations, with a passion for training, development, and education.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with history of generating business or executing events that connect with community and clients.
Excellent time‑management skills that extend to the team and improve their efficiency.
Bonus:
Passion or background in makeup artistry or skincare services.

Flexibility is required during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to bend, stretch, stock shelves, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: CAD 54,800–68,500 per year, commensurate with skills and experience.
