Responsibilities Lead the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio at the store location and drive the strategy and execution of 1:1 paid client services, including makeup applications and skincare treatments.
In partnership with brand collaborators, oversee the planning and delivery of in-store classes and events.
Coach and develop the Paid-Service Beauty Advisor team to deliver personalized, high-quality experiences for every client.
Report to the Store Director and lead a team of Beauty Services Leads, Coordinators, and Advisors.
Manage daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio and ensure the Trainer/Coordinator is prepared to manage services day-to-day.
Encourage use of technology innovations within services to elevate the in-store experience.
Manage the Online Reservation system, publish advisor availability and classes, and ensure adequate staffing for increased service levels while maintaining efficient client check-in and proper tester and supply management.
Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
Oversee training and certification processes for Beauty Advisors and provide opportunities to elevate artistry skills.
Participate in performance management related to the Beauty Studio and direct reports; ensure timely feedback and follow-up as needed.
Act as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on stage as needed.
Qualifications You have a minimum of 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service, or equivalent internal experience.
You have a proven track record of coaching a team to company expectations and a passion for training, development, and education.
You are entrepreneurial and have a history of generating business or executing events that create meaningful connections with the community and clients.
You have excellent time management skills that extend to your team and their efficiency.
Bonus points if you have a passion or background in makeup artistry or skincare services.

Scheduling :
Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays when clients are eager to shop and explore.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to bend, stretch to stock shelves, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits The compensation ranges between CAD $54,800.00 – CAD $68,500.00. Eligibility for performance-based bonuses, benefits program, and learning and development initiatives.
