Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations

• Inspire the sales team through exemplary service

• Conduct cash reconciliation at day’s start and end

• Oversee store opening and closing duties

• Engage customers with personalized service

Requirements:

• Proven retail experience in cosmetic sales

• Strong cash handling capability

• Supervisory experience, including coaching others

• Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
