Luxury Retail Operations Supervisor

Location: Halton Hills

Drive back-of-house excellence as an Operations Supervisor at the Toronto Premium Outlet. Oversee inventory, stockroom organization, and support sales while ensuring operational efficiency.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role focuses on managing store operations with an emphasis on luxury retail. You will oversee stockroom organization, shipping and receiving, and assist the sales team. Successfully maintaining operational standards is key for accurate stock movement and timely customer shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales floor stock and visual merchandising displays

• Communicate issues regarding stock levels and product quality

• Organize the stockroom to enhance operational efficiency

• Handle shipping, receiving, and customer shipments

• Assist with physical inventory and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a retail back-of-house role

• Strong communication skills to foster partnerships

• Proficient in retail POS and Microsoft products

• Self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively
