Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily store operations
Supervise and motivate store associates to deliver consistent, quality customer service
Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts to meet operational needs
Train new team members and contribute to ongoing staff development
Manage merchandise presentation, restocking, and backroom organization
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock counts and ordering processes
Enforce store policies including health, safety, and loss prevention procedures
Step into a leadership role when the Store Manager is unavailable
Requirements Previous retail supervisory or management experience is a strong asset
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and support a diverse team
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy store environment
Familiarity with retail operations including merchandising, inventory, and cash handling
Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to maintaining a positive store atmosphere
