Position: Team Leader for Retail Operations )
Join our management team as a Retail Team Leader to support operational excellence. Supervise associates, enhance merchandising, and drive outstanding customer service. In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing daily operations with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
You will utilize your leadership abilities to ensure store associates perform effectively while maintaining high standards of customer engagement. A minimum of one year in retail and 1–2 years in supervision is required to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support store associates throughout shifts
Responsible for merchandising and shipment handling
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and service standards
Conduct supervisory tasks such as breaks and attendance tracking
Engage in inventory processes and employee training
Requirements:
Minimum one year retail experience required
1–2 years supervisory experience preferred
Must have ambition for internal growth
Open availability including weekends
Strong communication and multitasking skills
