Become a key player as a Retail Operations Team Leader, overseeing daily store functions and driving customer service excellence. Manage associates and elevate merchandising in your store.
This leadership role requires collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain operational efficiency. Your experience in retail, alongside 1-2 years of supervisory skills, will be paramount in ensuring a productive and engaged team. A minimum of one year in retail is required to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide store associates during shifts
