Reporting to the Store Manager, you will not only assist in managing daily tasks but also enhance team performance by embodying leadership qualities and strong product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to build loyalty
• Partner with management on operational execution
• Communicate performance feedback to team members
• Maintain adherence to company policies and guidelines
• Conduct opening and closing procedures effectively
Requirements:
• 1+ years retail experience, luxury experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead a sales team
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving mindset
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends
• Collaborative yet self-motivated approach
