• Achieve and exceed sales goals and profitability targets

• Collaborate on recruitment and staff development initiatives

• Control payroll and create efficient staff schedules

• Oversee physical inventory and reduce shrink

Requirements:

• 1–2 years in retail, focused on customer service

• Proven track record of achieving sales success

• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills

• Computer literacy, including MS Office and retail software

• Ability to lift/carry weights of up to 30 pounds regularly
