Roots Team Lead Position

In this role, you will be an essential link between the sales team and store management. You’ll provide support during busy shifts and help foster a positive, service-oriented culture. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist in various operational tasks and lead by example in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate team members for peak performance

• Assist in onboarding and training efforts for new hires

• Oversee daily bank procedures and reporting

• Promote an open communication culture on the sales floor

• Delegate tasks efficiently to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in a retail apparel setting

• Strong leadership capabilities in sales environments

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Flexible with scheduling, including weekends

• Passionate about customer experience
