Your role will focus on inspiring the sales team through exemplary customer service and mentorship. Additionally, you will manage cash handling and ensure store operations run smoothly, positioning yourself for future growth in a prestigious beauty career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire and coach sales staff for top performance
• Conduct end-of-day cash reconciliation accurately
• Open and close the store per rota
• Provide authentic customer experiences to enhance sales
• Support the achievement of customer service goals
Requirements:
• Retail experience, particularly in cosmetics, preferred
• Strong interpersonal and service skills
• Background in cash handling and store operations
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including events
• Knowledge of retail point-of-sale software
