As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on creating memorable experiences and assisting with various services. Provide essential in-store and digital support to enhance guest loyalty. Your day will vary but will include welcoming guests, resolving issues, and promoting store offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests throughout their shopping experience
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-ups
• Engage with guests to resolve their specific needs
• Demonstrate knowledge of store services and tools
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area
Requirements:
• Strong communication and welcoming attitude
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Detail-oriented approach in all tasks
• Capability to handle light to moderate lifting
