Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales team to achieve store goals

• Support onboarding and training of new associates

• Mentor team members on customer service skills

• Manage POS operations and banking procedures

• Assist in daily store operations and problem-solving

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience

• Previous luxury retail experience preferred

• Proven track record in leading a team

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends
