gas station manager  We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Gas Station Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-volume gas station. The ideal candidate will have 6?7+ years of experience managing a gas station, including experience working with Esso-branded locations, and a proven track record of leading teams, maintaining operational excellence, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities   Manage all daily gas station operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business performance.
Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Oversee inventory management, fuel and merchandise ordering, stock control, and loss prevention.
Handle cash management, daily deposits, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Prepare and manage budgets while monitoring expenses and maximizing profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable regulations.
Monitor fuel inventory, pricing, and vendor coordination.
Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and operational efficiency.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational results.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure the facility is well-maintained at all times.
Qualifications   Minimum 6?7 years of experience as a Gas Station Manager, with experience managing or working at an Esso-branded gas station.
Strong knowledge of gas station operations, inventory control, cash handling, budgeting, and financial management.
Proven experience managing and leading a team.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound operational decisions.
