As an Associate Merchant, you’ll collaborate directly with category teams to implement new items and promotions. You will manage pricing changes, inventory, and participate in vendor discussions, ensuring that strategy aligns with category goals. This role is essential for enhancing product availability and maintaining customer satisfaction across over 500 stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute new item and discontinuation processes

• Key promotional details into JDA systems

• Manage pricing and resolve SAP notifications

• Prepare for internal meetings and track vendor audits

• Run reports and analyze performance metrics

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with MS Excel and retail

• Ability to synthesize market insights

• Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset
