Your role is crucial in making each customer's visit special and memorable.
As a part-time Senior Brand Ambassador, you'll harness your love for AE & Aerie products to engage customers effectively. Your focus will be on using the AEO Selling Model to assist guests while promoting brand loyalty and connecting them to the AEO loyalty program. Flexibility and teamwork will be key components of your day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with the AEO Selling Model
• Provide tailored product suggestions
• Promote the AEO loyalty program enthusiastically
• Adapt to various store zones efficiently
• Proactively resolve guest concerns
Requirements:
• Experience in retail highly valued
• Ability to energize and handle multiple tasks
• Open availability during key shopping times
• Passion for AE and Aerie
• Minimum age of 18
