Seasonal Christmas Kettle Coordinator

Location: Georgetown

Lead the Christmas Kettle Campaign with The Salvation Army as a part-time Coordinator. Organize, supervise, and ensure effective operations at kettle locations in your zone.

This temporary position offers 30 hours per week, flexibility in shifts, and key responsibilities including staff management and donation security. As a seasonal leader, you will oversee Kettle locations at shopping malls and retail stores, ensuring all operations run smoothly and donations are safeguarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of Kettle locations

• Supervise staff and volunteers throughout the campaign

• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of kettles

• Manage scheduling and handle emergency absences

• Foster relationships with kettle site managers

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of customer service experience

• Experience with money handling preferred

• Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License required

• Strong skills in word processing and spreadsheets

• Some high school coursework required
