Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model

• Educate shoppers about Aerie and AE product details

• Introduce customers to the AEO loyalty program

• Adapt to various roles in the store as needed

• Solve customer problems while following policies

Requirements:

• Enjoyment of customer interactions

• Previous retail experience is beneficial

• At least 16 years of age

• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
