At Value Buds, we are searching for a motivated Keyholder to effectively represent our brand. In this role, you will lead by example and support your team while creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. The position involves daily operations such as merchandising, customer interactions, and compliance with cannabis regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create welcoming experiences for each customer
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education
• Support daily operations, merchandising, and store upkeep
• Operate the POS, handling payments and receipts
• Perform inventory checks and ensure compliance
Requirements:
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer-first attitude
• Cannabis selling certification required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40 lbs
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check
