Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in leadership development and mentorship

• Network with other franchise owners and stakeholders
• Master the NOFRILLS business model and operations
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in grocery or retail leadership roles
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities
• Willingness to travel for training and franchise locations
• Availability of $50,000 personal investment
