Contribute to WOW! mobile boutique as a Full Time Sales Associate in Bramalea City Centre, Brampton ON. Engage shoppers, provide personalized service, and maximize commission potential.
As part of WOW! mobile boutique, you will take responsibility for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This full-time role requires availability of 32-40 hours per week, where you'll engage with mall visitors, promote our wireless solutions, and maintain an excellent store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage shoppers and guide them through the sales process
• Maintain a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
• Act as an ambassador for WOW! and represented brands
• Provide personalized, unbiased advice to customers
• Achieve key business metrics consistently
Requirements:
• Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Strong comfort with point-of-sale systems
• Wireless retail experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds during shifts
