Automotive Retail Customer Service Assistant

Deliver excellent customer service at GSF Car Parts through face-to-face sales, click and collect orders, and customer relationship building. Weekend working is included.

As a Casual Retail Assistant, you will support trade and retail customers at branch level. The position involves sales, order fulfilment, returns, telephone queries, electronic queries, and product promotions. You will also use IT systems and develop product knowledge through the E-learning portal.

• Serve trade and retail customers with orders
• Pick vehicle parts from the warehouse
• Answer telephone and electronic customer queries
• Process returns for resale, warranty, or surcharge
• Maintain clean, tidy customer-facing branch areas

• Proven customer service, sales, or retail experience
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail
• Target-driven motivation to achieve results
• Confidence using IT and computer systems
• Automotive or car parts knowledge is advantageous
