Fashion-focused Sales Associate work at ALDO Shoppers World Brampton, using customer connection and visual merchandising to support in-store sales.
Reporting to the Store Manager, this part-time position drives sales and creates welcoming shopping experiences will apply retail or service experience, fashion interest, and customer-first energy while supporting store presentation and daily operations. The role includes sales targets, restocking, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve individual sales goals and support team targets
- Maintain visual merchandising and attractive store displays
- Follow payment, discount, return, and loss prevention procedures
- Restock merchandise and complete backstore tasks
- Support a positive, inclusive store environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or service industry experience
- Deep interest in fashion
- Customer-first energy and natural people skills
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
