We’re on the hunt for Sales and Marketing Representatives for our client Bell Canada’s fastest growing sales and marketing engine. Powered by state‑of‑the‑art fibre optic and wireless networks, Bell Canada delivers world‑class entertainment and communications services to residential, business and public sector customers across Canada.
This position is for an existing vacancy within our sales team. As part of our recruitment process, we utilize artificial intelligence (AI)-based tools to assist with certain stages, including initial resume screening and skills‑matching assessments. These tools are designed to help our hiring team identify candidates whose experience and qualifications align closely with the requirements of the role. All final hiring decisions are made by our recruitment and hiring manager team.
Whatdoes OSL Direct offer?
- Competitive base pay and car allowance plus a lucrative uncapped commission structure that can total up to $80,000 – $90,000 per year and more depending on performance.
- Paid car allowance; use of a vehicle is required for this role.

- Drive and support the sale of Bell’s TV, Internet, Home Phone and Smart Home residential product suite by acting as a brand ambassador, visiting residential customers face‑to‑face through canvassing and cold calling.
- Use a client‑provided territory lead list to market Bell products and drive sales in residential areas.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to fit their lifestyle.
- Deliver best‑in‑class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand.
- Meet with the team weekly to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results.
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage your lead funnel.
- Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy and integrity as the face of Bell Canada.
- Ambitious self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Outgoing people person who enjoys interacting with others.
- Expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals.

- Sales, customer service, and/or marketing experience a plus.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
