As a key member of the Momentum team, you will serve customers by assessing financial needs and connecting them with suitable lending products.
Your role includes interviewing clients, reviewing applications, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will also promote cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and branch sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Assess customer financial needs and promote relevant products
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information
• Explain product terms, features, and benefits clearly

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year in retail sales or similar role
• Experience with customer service and cash handling
• Familiarity with POS transactions
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals
