Build automotive sales connections on-site in Brampton as a BDC Sales Representative using telephone, email, and CRM communication.
Auto Planet Brampton is seeking a BDC Sales Representative for its full-time permanent team. You will communicate with customers and web leads, schedule appointments, update CRM records, and support dealership sales personnel. The position requires customer service, product knowledge, accurate follow-up, and appointment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate promptly with inbound and outbound customers and web leads
- Schedule, log, and confirm customer appointments
- Update CRM records with customer communications
- Perform outbound and marketing call campaigns
- Study dealership products, services, and processes
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Preferred one to three years dealership experience or training
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid OMVIC license or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset
