As an Inside Sales and Shipper Receiver, you become customers’ first contact in-store and by phone. You complete sales transactions, purchasing, and banking reconciliation reports. You also pick, prepare, load, offload, and store products safely while keeping warehouse areas organized. Strong communication supports every customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve customers shopping in-store or calling the branch
Complete sales transactions, purchasing, and banking reconciliation reports
Pick, prepare, and load purchased products
Offload and put away delivered branch products
Maintain safe, organized warehouse product movement and storage
Requirements:
College diploma or three years’ warehouse and forklift experience
Three years’ retail, business, accounting, or sales experience
Ability to lift, push, and carry 80–100 pounds repeatedly
Strong customer service and communication skills
Authorization to work in Canada
Bring inside sales, warehouse coordination, and customer service skills to Roofmart’s roofing and exterior building supply operations.
