Director of Business Development

This Director role manages head-office relationships with regional chains expanding across Canada. You will support site-level operations, improve sales, service quality, and profitability, and coordinate strategies with cross-functional leaders. The position requires understanding Canadian and regional competitive landscapes while supporting emerging chain customers.

• Manage regional chain relationships at head-office level

• Drive annual realized and annualized sales targets
• Coordinate resources supporting customer service and financial objectives
• Address senior leadership on market trends and selling conditions

• Five or more years in business development or sales
• Business-related post-secondary degree or diploma
• Business financial knowledge supporting growth and analytics
• Negotiation, communication, and formal presentation skills
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
