Become a Job Developer at COSTI Immigrant Services, leading the Expressway Cybersecurity Bridging Program. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for those passionate about connecting clients with job opportunities in cybersecurity.

In your role as Job Developer, you will oversee client assessments and develop tailored employment plans that meet both client goals and market demands. The position requires expertise in job readiness support, with a strong focus on enhancing clients’ skills for successful employment transitions in cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute client intake and employability assessments

• Create personalized Employment Action Plans for client success

• Deliver one-on-one coaching and job readiness workshops

• Organize and manage group coaching sessions for diverse learners

• Ensure compliance with funding and documentation standards

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary qualifications or equivalent experience

• 1-3 years in employment counselling and career advising

• Knowledge of cybersecurity paths and industry expectations

• Skilled in managing diverse client needs

• Familiarity with relevant case management technology
