Lead Security Supervisor

Elevate security operations as a Lead Security Supervisor in Brampton. This role focuses on supervising teams, ensuring compliance, and enhancing client relations through strong leadership.

We are looking for a Security Supervisor to manage on-shift teams and ensure strict compliance on assigned accounts. Your responsibilities will include coaching guards, conducting site inspections, and serving as the primary liaison for clients. Successful candidates will bring prior supervisory skills and be available for full-time shift work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise guard performance and uniform standards

• Conduct thorough site inspections and coaching sessions

Requirements:

• Full-time availability across all shifts

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
