Become a Dispatch Operator with Paladin Security in Brampton. This full-time role ensures 24-hour coverage in the Security Control Centre, focusing on communication and resource management.
As a Dispatch Operator, you'll monitor critical security systems, deploy resources, and handle incident calls. With your dispatch security experience, you'll oversee tracking of security personnel, review CCTV footage, and maintain detailed records of transmissions and reports. Multitasking and critical thinking are essential in this challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to dispatch calls and alarms for security resources
• Oversee deployment of personnel across City of Brampton sites
• Monitor and log CCTV activities and incidents
• Maintain detailed records of security operations
• Assist with emergency scheduling and guard coverage
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of dispatch security experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting software
• Valid Security License for Ontario
• First Aid & CPR Level C certification required
• Completion of a law enforcement training program preferred
