Allied Universal is seeking  Security Professional - Overnight   Mobile Guard in Brampton, Ontario.

Pay Rate : $19.40 per hour

Shifts :
Sunday to Saturday | 6:00PM – 7:00AM

Requirements : G License, Clean Driver's Abstract and 25 years age or above for insurance purposes.

Overview
We are seeking responsible and reliable individuals to join our team as  Security Professional - Overnight   Mobile Guard  at one of our shelter sites in  Brampton, ON.  In this role, you will be responsible for conducting mobile patrols outside homeless shelter to ensure the safety and security of the premises. You will be the first line of defense in deterring unwanted individuals from the area and maintaining a safe environment for staff, residents, and the community.

Responsibilities

Site Patrolling:
Conduct regular mobile patrols around the exterior of the shelter to monitor any security threats, disturbances, or unusual activities.

Physical Security:
Maintain a visible presence to ensure the safety of shelter staff, residents, and the surrounding area.

Incident Reporting:
Document and report incidents accurately, ensuring all relevant details are captured for future reference and analysis.

Threat Assessment:
Evaluate situations to determine the level of risk and recommend appropriate responses.

Professional Communication:
Maintain clear and professional communication through email correspondence with team members and other stakeholders.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to security across all operations.

Emergency Response:
Act swiftly in emergency situations, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.

Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate logs of incidents, inspections, and other relevant documentation for compliance and review.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience working in Mobile security in a Shelter, Hospital, or any environment with vulnerable individuals

Must have a valid Ontario Security License.

Must be at least 25 years old or above for insurance purposes

Must have valid G license and clean driving abstract

High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
