Reporting to the By-law Enforcement Supervisor, you will be responsible for enforcing non-moving parking by-laws and investigating violations throughout the community. This part-time position guarantees a variable schedule with approximately 24 hours of work per week at Flower City Community Campus. Your day-to-day activities will include issuing tickets and maintaining comprehensive records of enforcement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce city parking regulations and bylaws
• Use handheld devices for issuing Penalty Notices
• Remove illegal signage from roadways
• Document daily activities and complaints accurately
• Provide evidence for legal proceedings as necessary
Requirements:
• Completed high school education with further studies in Law/Security
• 2-6 months of law enforcement experience
• Possess a valid non-probationary class G license
• Capability to secure a COB permit
• Must clear a criminal record check
Ensure community compliance and public safety by utilizing your enforcement skills with the City of Brampton.
