Service Coordinator at BCCL

This position offers a contract of up to six months, where you will be the vital link between families and community resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist families in accessing essential community resources

• Collaborate with service agencies and educational institutions

• Facilitate the development of personalized support plans

• Understand and apply relevant developmental service legislation

• Promote family capacity through effective communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant community college diploma

• 2-3 years in a similar Service Coordination role

• Strong familiarity with community resources and regulations

• Valid driver’s license and dependable car

• Current First Aid and CPR certification
