In this in-office role, you'll use your skills in social services, customer service, or education to empower clients seeking employment. Engage with a diverse caseload, providing vital support through assessments and individualized Employment Action Plans. Your goal is to achieve successful outcomes, enabling clients to build self-sufficiency and independence in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships to ensure job retention

• Conduct thorough assessments for employment readiness

• Support creation of tailored Employment Action Plans

• Facilitate training and resources for job preparation

• Conduct employer visits and resolve employment issues

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Experience with diverse populations facing employment barriers

• Strong documentation and digital skills

• Understanding of confidentiality standards

• Flexibility for evening shifts as needed
