As an Employment Consultant, your primary focus will be on providing personalized employment services and facilitating workshops to instill confidence in job seekers. Leveraging your connections with community partners, you will ensure clients receive vital support in navigating their career paths.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer comprehensive employment services including assessments
• Facilitate skill development workshops for clients
• Maintain client case files and management records
• Develop partnerships with community and employer stakeholders
• Advocate for clients’ needs in various support areas
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant field or 5 years related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of job development and market trends
• Familiarity with the healthcare sector is advantageous
• Experience in online facilitation is a plus
