Youth Homelessness Diversion Manager

Be at the forefront of youth services by managing the Diversion and Central Intake team. This role is crucial in providing alternatives to emergency housing and fostering youth independence.

As the Diversion and Central Intake Manager, you will develop key strategies aligned with Housing First principles to support youth aged 16-24. Your primary focus will include managing intake functions and service coordination while collaborating with teams to enhance program delivery and impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the implementation of shelter diversion programs

• Operationalize engagement strategies for youth intake

• Facilitate team consultations and training

• Assess risks and manage compliance effectively

• Develop strategic partnerships within the community

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields;
Master's preferred

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in homelessness

• Understanding of youth engagement strategies

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• CPI/UMAB and First Aid certifications required
