As the Diversion and Central Intake Manager, you will develop key strategies aligned with Housing First principles to support youth aged 16-24. Your primary focus will include managing intake functions and service coordination while collaborating with teams to enhance program delivery and impact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the implementation of shelter diversion programs
• Operationalize engagement strategies for youth intake
• Facilitate team consultations and training
• Assess risks and manage compliance effectively
• Develop strategic partnerships within the community
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields;
Master's preferred
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in homelessness
• Understanding of youth engagement strategies
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• CPI/UMAB and First Aid certifications required
