As a Mentor for Adult Day Services, you will impact lives while working Monday to Friday, with no required driving. Responsibilities include assisting individuals in their daily living skills and supporting personal growth through individualized programs. Your work will promote inclusion and accessibility, providing meaningful services to those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with assessments and planning for individual service
• Implement and maintain Individual Service Plans (ISP)
• Guide individuals in selecting appropriate activities
• Supervise and provide personal care support
• Educate on effective communication and use of technology
Requirements:
• High School diploma required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
