Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional and psychosocial assessments

• Provide individual and group counselling services

• Maintain detailed client records and case documentation

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for client care

• Identify and integrate community resources into care plans

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work

• Minimum of three years in case management

• Current registration with the BC College of Social Workers

• Valid BC Driver’s License for travel

• Demonstrated knowledge in Indigenous Cultural Safety
