Housing Support Worker

You will assess eligibility, provide intense case management, and connect clients facing homelessness with available resources. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess housing eligibility via the Housing Services Act

• Conduct initial crisis intervention and resource referrals

• Facilitate permanent housing matches for multi-barrier clients

• Develop intervention plans addressing client needs

• Maintain thorough client data and documentation

Requirements:

• College Diploma in Human Services

• Two years of direct client service experience

• Knowledge of housing policies and legislation

• Valid class G driver’s license

• Creativity in case management
